Yes. When you approve a registration, B2B Launchpad creates a real Company, Company Location, and Company Contacts via Shopify's Admin GraphQL API. Everything appears in your Shopify admin under Customers → Companies. This is not a parallel database — it's native Shopify B2B.
The registration form is a theme app extension. You add it to any page using the Shopify theme editor — no code required. Buyers fill out the form on your storefront, and submissions appear in your B2B Launchpad approval dashboard inside the Shopify admin.
B2B Launchpad creates a Shopify Company with all the submitted details — company name, tax ID, contacts with their roles (Admin or Ordering Only), and optionally assigns them to a B2B catalog and market. On the Business plan, you can set auto-approval rules so trusted domains are approved instantly.
B2B Launchpad includes a Shopify Function written in Rust that runs at checkout. It applies discounts only to orders from specific B2B companies. Unlike regular discount codes, these discounts can't be shared with or discovered by retail customers.
